The screw extruder granulator uses the self-adhesive (or additional adhesive) of the dispersion in which the solid powder and liquid coexist and mainly consists of solid phase. Because the powdery material completes the granulation process in wet state, the operation conditions of granulation and subsequent processes (such as drying, packaging, etc.) are greatly improved. Through granulation, the phenomena of caking, bridging and pulsating which are easy to occur in the powder products can be avoided, and the secondary pollution caused by the powder materials in the use process can be avoided, and the physical properties of the products can be greatly improved. In general, the bulk specific gravity of granulation products is greatly increased, so the space for transportation, storage and packaging can be saved. For multi-component compound and mixed products, granulation can avoid the segregation of each component, so as to ensure the quality of composite products.
