Horizontal Ribbon Mixer 

The horizontal ribbon mixer turns the material in the barrel under the action of the inner and outer spiral belts on the mixing shaft.The inner spiral belt pushes the material from the middle to the two sides,and the outer spiral belt pushed the material from two sides to the center.The mixed materials move and change in the radial direction under the rotation of spiral belt,thus forming a convection cycle.The materials are quickly and uniformly mixed in short time.

Rotary Screening Machine 
The drum screening machine is mainly used to seperate the finished product and retured material,and can aslo realize the classsification of the finished product,so that the finished product is evenly classified.The screening machine usesthe relative movement of the bulk material and the screen surface to make part of the particles pass through the screen holes and divide the particulate material into different levels according to the particle size.The screening process is generally continuous.After the raw materials are fed to machine,the material smaller than the sieve size fall through the sieve holes,and the material larger than the sieve pore size are continously discharged from screen surface,and the rest of the waste discharged by another out port and returned to re-granulation..
